ถ้าต้องการให้เราลบข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับคุณ ซึ่งเก็บจากการแชทกับเพจของเรา ทำได้ 2 วิธี

ส่งข้อความในแชทเพจ Facebook ของบริษัทว่า "ขอลบข้อมูล" พนักงานจะดำเนินการให้
โทร 080-298-9979 แจ้งชื่อ Facebook ที่ใช้แชทกับเรา

เราจะลบประวัติแชทที่ระบบเก็บไว้ บันทึกการส่งไฟล์ และข้อมูลแจ้งเตือนภายในที่เกี่ยวกับคุณ ภายใน 30 วัน แล้วแจ้งให้คุณทราบเมื่อเสร็จ ข้อมูลที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บ เช่น หลักฐานทางบัญชีและภาษี จะเก็บไว้ตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด

ข้อความในกล่องข้อความของเพจ คุณลบได้เองใน Messenger โดยกดค้างที่การสนทนาแล้วเลือก "ลบ"

How to request data deletion

Automated chat assistant of JT Inter Riz Co., Ltd.

To ask us to delete data about you that we collected through chatting with our Page, either:

Message our Facebook Page with the words "Delete my data". A staff member will handle your request.
Call +66 80 298 9979 and tell us the Facebook name you used to chat with us.

We will delete the chat history held by our system, file delivery records and internal notification data relating to you within 30 days, and confirm when this is done. Records we are legally required to keep, such as accounting and tax records, are retained for the period required by law.

You can delete messages in the Page conversation yourself in Messenger by long-pressing the conversation and choosing "Delete".
